In today's second game in a row, AEK welcomes the Colossus.
AEK suffered the defeat in the previous match from the admittedly impressive this year Lavrio with 78-70. So ended the undefeated of the 21 games of AEK rather unexpectedly as they calculated that they would win this match. However, they should have been more suspicious as Lavrio came from 4 consecutive victories and even some in difficult seats and with quite big differences. Injury problems have played their role as in many games AEK goes down with 3-4 significant absences. Lodzki, Zisis and Slaughter will be missing from today.
On the other hand, the Colossus comes from a victory in Alexandreio on Mars with 74-84. From the beginning he took the lead in the score and kept differences around 10 points. Aris only managed at some point to reduce to 6 at the beginning of the 4th period but the Colossus reacted immediately and did not risk again until the end of the match and all this without his best player so far Andric. Of course he had Guinness who with 34 points almost won Mars alone. We also had a change in the roster as the place of Hanas was taken by the former NBAer Lawson, who will probably not be available for the team for today.
Summing up I think AEK will react, will tighten the defense and will get an easy victory as the roster despite the shortcomings remains very high quality and clearly better than its opponent. Along with the Under as in most of the outside the Colossus hardly reaches 70 points.
The point I choose is ... AEK (-8.5 & Under 158.5 pts) in performance 2.70 at stoiximan.
