For the 4th matchday of the 2nd group of the Champions League, Atlético Madrid welcomes Bruges to Cívitas Metropolitano. The group is completed by Porto and Leverkusen, the first two in the ranking qualify for the next stage of the competition, the third continues in the Europa League.

Atletico fell victim to a surprise last week in Belgium, losing 2-0 to Club Brugge. A result that leaves them unfair as they were the team that had the superiority and the most opportunities but the Belgians were more efficient and with a goal in each half they won.
This was Atletico's second defeat in the group which puts them in danger of qualifying, remained at 3 points, as many as Porto and Leverkusen against 9 of the first Bruges.
