Belgium - England combo win Belgium + anytime scorer Lukaku

It is customary to call the final of the ... bitter or the final of consolation and although both in Belgium and England there is a certain disappointment from the missed opportunity both of having participated in the grand final of Sunday, is considered successful. 

Especially in the case of England - and this is something I mentioned in previous text - not even her most fanatical followers dared to talk about finals and conquests. The fact that it has reached the semifinals until the end and the ticket for the big final is in itself an important achievement and, if you want, a legacy for the future as long as the team continues to work properly. Obviously there have been a number of problems in the semifinal with Croatia, but I think it would be unfair to take responsibility for players who are essentially inexperienced to such a level and who are actually being grabbed. 

The same applies to Belgium, with the batch being very promising. In her own case, of course, Martinez had much more experienced players in the team roster than England, as well as had (and had) a leader (something that bam missed from England) in the face of Eden Azar.
