At the moment they are by far the best team in the Eastern Region. It's not just the grades they've collected. It's not that they have the best offense, but they've only suffered nine(9) losses so far with great blocking and terrible performance in their games. They may have beaten the Toronto Maple Leafs 4-3 at home, but personally it doesn't say anything to me, as they can't win all the matches comfortably. If they keep this up, they are definitely the favorite for the 1st regular season spot in the entire NHL. Ullmark L.(T.28comp./93.61%ab./2c.e.), Lindholm H.(A.42c./5g/23as), Pastrnak D.(E.42c./33g/26as), Bergeron P.( E.42cm/16g/18as), have started strong and are performing at their best. The only absentee is DeBrusk J. (E.36comp./16g/14as).

They are one of the weaker teams in the Eastern Conference. And this is because offensively they are terribly harmless. Being the 3rd worst offense in the District. But we have to recognize them that during this period they are doing quite well counting 7/8 wins! Of course, I have an observation to make here. Of the seven victories they achieved, only one(1) was against a team above 7th place! Absences are common as Ellis R.(A.), Couturier S.(E.), Atkinson C.(E.), Laczynski T.(E.19comp/2g/2as) will not compete tonight either.
In my eyes there is a huge difference in capacity. With the scoreline clearly leaning in favor of the home team. But what someone may have noticed is that both do not bring high scores, for different reasons each. The hosts due to a terrible defense and the visitors due to a mediocre attack. With m.o. goals at 3 it is natural to go for the 5.8&Under1 combination option.
