Second round in the Miami tournament with 21 Korean Chung to face 30Last Australian Ebden in a big fight with the impressive Korean man this year!
Chung (#23) has been on top of this week's upcoming career with fantastic appearances in the Australian Open that reached the semifinals in a game that left shortly before completing the game, with Federer winning 6-1, 5-2. The best appearance for the Korean Grand Slam and then the 1 Masters of the Year at Indian Wells came relatively easily into the quarterfinals, with Federer winning again with 7-5, 6-1. Preceded 2 wins 2-0 set against Cuevas (6-1,6-3) and Berdych (6-4, 6-4) and had to 1 game to make an easy reversal of lost 1 set in TA (6-7, 6-3,6-3).
Ebden (#76) after his good start this year in Australia for his level, fell quite a bit later with troubled appearances and ups and downs in his performance. In the 1 round, he excluded the modest Simon with 6-3, 6-7, 7-5. In Indian Wells he was easily blocked by Monfils with 6-3, 6-3 and in smaller tournaments he managed to lose 2 times from Youzhny to 3 sets. An 2 win in the 1 round in the Acapulco tournament was against the modest then Querrey who was worse than the other. Australian level has a ceiling in big tournaments, has to pass 2 round Masters from 2011-2012, is a psychologist and if it does not come out of the game it easily breaks spiritually.
I'm expecting a comfortable victory for the Korean with at least one winning easy set with the logic that slowly and quickly it will find the very good pace and the good game of the Korean is hard to compete with the Australian. Maybe if Ebden starts out and gets to sleep in the Korean, he can make the 1 set a little bit and win it in detail as it has happened in other Chung games at the start of the tournament. Is that something logical with the younger age Chung but then he always finds his good game and overcomes all the obstacles, he is a terrific player and as time passes he reads and weighs all opponents in order to find solutions to any difficulties. If a set is lost, it will be marginally in favor of Ebden and from that point on I believe in the next 2 sets we will have at least one easy win by Chung and will bet on the 3.5 handicap over the Korean at 1.50 on the bet with 4 / 10.
