Another usual suspect was Latos Porzinkis, who added another 34 yards while picking up 12 rebounds. They are in 7th place in the West without risking the time down since today's opponent is 8th but 7 wins away. The 4th place however is just one win away and a big battle is expected while the above are not prohibitive (2nd place 5 wins difference). Powell and Branson are absent from today, while there are several doubts among them, including Donsic, Barrea and Hardaway.
On the other hand, the Grizzlies overcame the mini-crisis of 5 defeats and responded with 3 impressive wins against the Lakers, Hawks and Nets all with 17 points or more. The latter easily passed Brooklyn over the Nets with an impressive 79-118. They continue to claim 8 wins over the Blazers in the 3th place. They have done relatively well at home with a 14-17 record. With the well-known absences of Winslow, Clark and Allen.
summarizing the Mavericks are better as a team and the doubters in the parquet have the first say. I think they need more victory to get closer to the 4-in-a-breath.
