The adoption of the new Regulation was deemed necessary due to the need for specialization of the pre-existing framework, in order to achieve on the one hand the optimal compatibility of the regulatory framework with the real functioning of the market and on the other the protection of the public and in particular minors and squandering property through the reckless use of gambling as well as the crimes associated with those games.

Outdoor advertising
When Commercial Announcements are posted outdoors, these spaces are at least two hundred (200) meters away from primary and secondary schools and boarding schools.
Advertising on TV and radio
Commercial Announcements via radio and television broadcasts are made exclusively in pure advertising time, which has been provided for this purpose, in accordance with the existing provisions.
Communication with match odds is prohibited

Commercial Announcements are not allowed to seek to attract the public to the Games, promoting the provision of rewards (bonuses), gifts and / or discounts in relation to the Cost of Participation and / or as an incentive to participate in the Games, as well as attracting public promotion the provision of discounts on the existing entrance ticket.
Loyalty programs
Extremely allowed in the context of loyalty programs Commercial Announcements:
