McLaren's best set-up was in the wet Korean GP. The first and second place won the second free trial at the Yeongam circuit in Korea. The rain that fell early receded shortly before the start of the second test, while at first it all made it soaked. Of course not for all, as the aggressive, yet active legend, Michael Schumacher excelled and left behind already champion Vettel. Third and fourth came Paul di Resta and Adrian Sutil Force India pilots.
When it was time for the second test, however, when the rain broke, the conditions started to remind more of a fight, and things took another turn. With ease, Lewis Hamilton took the lead, completing 26 rounds, while 19 rounded second with load-bearing Jenson Button. Vettel finished third in 30 rounds, leaving fourth Alonso with 25 rounds. Comfortable can anyone say that so far the racing bet has won McLaren.
