What exactly is the case if a betting company licensed in Malta (MGA) is bankrupt.
A serious issue that concerns us all. And questions waiting for answers.
I do not necessarily mean the case of Mybet. The question is general in cases of betting insolvency, which is licensed to MGA.
And the question is only for MGA, not for Kurassa,

Question 1) Someone who knows English speaking will do a good translation and, with a few words, tell us the main details of the regulation.

Question 2) Does anyone know if there is a similar case in the past? A bankrupt company and what really happened if MGA's money was spent on all players, or if this is a fine story, a formal regulation that has not been implemented and will not be enforced. CASES ONLY for MGA, not like Gobetgo's license to Kurasao

MGA is not going to do anything, neither for MYBET nor for any other betting that will be closed, and I do not know if it's fairy-tale what they say about protecting money players in separate accounts.
From the few times I looked, I found similar cases with other MGA license bottles. When they left the last 2 night and the players did not get their money.

Your thoughts are very correct. This is exactly the concern I had when vivobet closed and said that it closes due to the new law. Apparently, ask for withdrawals from all the rest you have a large amount, and leave in as little as possible.
If you do not get what you have to keep playing, then never play your bet in a company, it was killing it in a lot and where you used 100 on a 20 base on 5.
