The OPAP agencies are in operation from today 11/5/2020.
The agencies will open with strict protection measures, as there is a strong recommendation for the use of a mask by the staff & by the customers, as well as the availability of antiseptics inside the store.
Some have even already prepared their own space, putting the necessary protective plexiglass in the cash register of the store.
With regard to the provision of gambling services, restrictions apply and strict protection measures will apply to all. Specifically:
It was not clarified by the announcements of the Deputy Minister of Development what will happen with the OPAP Play stores, which will not open on May 11 together with the agencies, but at a later time (possibly May 18).

With regard to the provision of gambling services, restrictions apply and strict protection measures will apply to all. Specifically:
- It is strongly recommended to use disposable mask and gloves by store staff and customers.
- Sitting customers are clearly forbidden, people will have to enter the store, play and then leave it.
- For shops up to 20 sq.m.: Up to four (4) people are allowed (including the personal store).
- For shops from 21 sq.m. and above: Four (4) people are allowed for the first 20 sq.m. and one (1) person for each additional 10 sq.m. (including the personal store)
- For shops from 100 sq.m. and above: 12 people + 1 for every 15 sq.m. (including the personal store)
- At least 1,5 meters distance between people indoors and outdoors
- JOKER: The Joker draws continue with 3 draws as an extra draw has been added every Tuesday at 22:00.
- LOTTO and PROTO: lotteries for LOTTO, PROTO start again
- KINO: Live KINO draws every 5 'both on the screens of the agency but also here through opap.gr and OPAPP (available in the play store or the Apple store).
