Suspension of my account at pamestoixima.gr

Good evening ,
I opened an account at pamestoixima.gr, I played for several days, without finding any advance. At some point the wheel turned and I made a considerable amount of over 10k. So I hit withdraw on 8/11 and waited. On 11/11 I receive a withdrawal cancellation email and suddenly find my account temporarily disabled.
For days I did not get any response from the service, they had not been informed about anything and they could not inform me either. I received the following email:
"We would like to inform you that your account will remain suspended in order for OPAP S.A. to evaluate the details of your Gaming/Betting Activity, in accordance with article 8 of the terms and conditions of the Membership Agreement.".
20 days later, no progress, no response, no update. All they tell me to do is be patient.

They asked for additional documents, I sent them all and they are taking so long.
Every day I call them, and I talk to them in the chat.
Nothing, they keep saying the same thing.
Everyone stay away from pamestoixima, they are dangerous.
What we knew about OPAP's solvency has ended long ago.
No company in the world would do 1 month to review 3,4 documents.
They do it on purpose.
And we are talking about those who have the monopoly with agencies all over Greece.
They should be ashamed.
