A wanna be a comedy. I did not like it, although I have seen 2 times so far and ... but neither my first nor my second click. I do not know, for hours it seems to me that the Cohen brothers are losing the terrible humor they have. Or have they all given the order Fargo (?

All the money I think is the character played by William Macy, the bastard of the case, who is all wrong.

Here he "turns it around" to the police officer played by Frances McDormand.

Excellent and music.

And they do not say Yeahh, but they say "Ja" = Yes (I imagine, I know neither Swedish nor Norwegian). This area is inhabited by Scandinavian Americans, as we understand from their names and place names.

The Ballad of Buster Scruggs (2018)

Cohen's latest film is a tribute to Far West. It consists of 6 independent stories. The only thing that connects them is that they play in the Wild West. The first one starred Buster Scrags, who also made the title in the film but the same protagonist is absent in any of the other 5 stories. So maybe the title should be something else.
In my opinion, these stories are not of any interest, something that draws you in, something that is surprising, like many Cohen films. The best I think is that of Tom Waits starring in a gold-plated role.
Surely the film needs to be seen a second, maybe a third time to find the connecting links that made Cohen stitch them together into a single film. I will definitely see her again, with more "open" eyes. But at first glance it is not a movie that will make me say "wow"
