Limitation by Betshop

I had opened an account at Betshop some years ago, I had identified my account etc but without ever having played at the company in question.
A few weeks ago I made a deposit and went to play in the match Olympiacos - Valencia for Kanan to score over 6,5 points. I see it won't let me and I try to play another player, nothing. I try with third player, nothing. I send to the chat and get the answer that there are betting limits on my account, but if I want I can play slots. I told them that I don't care about the casino and they told me to withdraw the money I had deposited. The funny thing is that they kept €5 from me for the withdrawal costs. I have never experienced anything like this with any company. To put limits on me without having bet. I want to emphasize that the account is purely mine.
It made a terrible impression on me. Does anyone have similar experience?

The strange thing is that the account has limits only on the bet. I also had other companies without playing, they started me with some limits when I joined €300-400 but over time they went up. It seemed very strange and unusual to me

I asked customer service and they said it's a decision of the company's risk department and they don't know the reasons.
And I found it quite strange to tell my truth.
Meanwhile, there is no possibility that I have entered from the same IP as one of my friends, for example, and it will be considered a second account, etc., because none of my friends gamble.

Regarding the refund, there was a mistake with the charge on your withdrawal, as it was your original deposit and not earnings. The finance department has been informed to credit the €5 to your bank account within the next few days.

Good morning. Thank you very much for your concern, I was actually credited €5 yesterday by Betshop.
About the limits, I really can't find any logic since they went in before I even bet. On my first betting attempt. Maybe because I came in to play €300 in a match. Of course it was a Euroleague match and not something that "stinks", but this is how I bet in general in all my companies. Anyway, if they think that the limits have been correctly entered, let's move on.

This logically strongly refers to arbing especially if it is verified by another company if it matches (very likely in points it happens). So theoretically you will step on it there!

The specific player (Canaan) was only given by Betshop in the specific game. But arbing through bonuses, I guess I could do on any under/over. So they could not allow the bonus to play it all in for example.
I think you should also see each player's game and not set limits from the first bet

Anyway, I had more than 10 years to play and I started playing again during the World Cup season at Betshop.
They never limited me.

When you say it is verified, what do you mean, that 2 companies may be looking for a player, that is, to cooperate? Did I understand correctly?
