It is not about rigging but financial issues. What kind of ;
I remember Chelsea who had eaten a punishment for financial fair play and couldn't make transfers and a second one three years ago because they brought a lot of kids from Africa illegally.

Then what breach of financial fair play did Juve commit? Since he doesn't make big transfers anymore.

First Panagidis-Trevor Ross in 1983. Panagidis said he spent 20 million to get Ross from Everton but after investigation he had given 10 million.
He was judged to have tried to fool the other AEK shareholders and was forced to resign.
However, there was no question of punishing AEK and it was not.

Second, Koskotas-Detari. Koskotas abused the Bank of Crete. Here Olympiacos had a problem but they acquitted him and the new president (Saliarelis) was forced to sell the player to Bologna and give the money to the bank.

Here now what are the illegalities and at the expense of whom?
