I never had any problems with her Skrill, but recently she blocked me when I went to withdraw 300 euros from an ATM with her card. They are now asking me to prove that I am really me (after 15 years of being their client) with a "real-time" ID and face photo. Every time I send, however, they tell me that the documents do not look good or even that my identity card is not... Greek. I'm afraid they won't close my account and eat a 500 I have in total (there are complaints from other sufferers on twitter and elsewhere). Any advice on how to handle it and at least save the money? Thanks.

They tell me that the account is subject to restrictions and they do not allow me to do any transactions (either withdrawal, purchase, transfer). I sent them 1-2 messages, but they just reply "robotically" about the reasons that maybe the photos I send are rejected. I'm probably being shut down, so I'm looking for a way to save at least the 500.

To put restrictions on you skrill what's going on I reported a scammer to skrill and they wrote me.

February 26 from skrill I transferred 650 euros to the banks
On February 27, a friend sent 102 euros and I sent him back to scroll 100 euros again
and on March 5 again from scroll I transferred 343 euros

We have a total of 1093 and all is well with her scroll for the time in 1 week. The money was in scroll even from an unlicensed betting company

I do not withdraw because it keeps commissions and we are not vip instead I transfer the money with the lower limit to each account in the bank (I have written how in the topic of scroll) so that I don't have bank charges and I use them from there, I also make purchases with the card.
