Good evening.

For the past 2 years, I have had panic attacks, phobia, tachycardia, shortness of breath, dyspnea, tremor, internal tremor and more. I have visited the emergency room countless times feeling like I'm dying, I've had several tests, a heart triplex, cardiograms, chest x-rays, thyroid, blood tests. My last heart and blood / biochemical tests were done at the end of October. They were excellent. My cardiologist, because he has my history from a young age, threw everything into stress, and said the so-called come again in 40 years. No matter how many times I went to the emergency room, the doctor recommended a psychologist, basically a psychiatrist, to treat me, where I visited and went for 4, 5 months (psychologist).

However, 2 months ago (2.5 months after my last exam) I feel a pulse, I feel "shaken" by my heart and its beats, as well as when I take a deep breath and leave it, I feel " my breath trembles because you "digest" a heartbeat or a heartbeat. In general, there is a reflection of the heart in the neck mainly (I go up and down) and abdomen, as well as when I sit cross-legged, the leg "fits" again, or if I have something on my abdomen, such as a laptop, it also shakes. Mostly the feeling of pulse is what scares me - that I think my heart where it beats normally loses 1-2 beats as if it stops, as well as the trembling inside - outside throughout the day, as well as the shaking of the heart. in the throat thinking he wants to get out. Is it neurological? Is it psychological? Is it a matter of the heart? (examinations 4 months ago heart / blood / bioh).

What worries me too much is that my chest, which is my heart on the outside, is trembling, as well as that I feel my heart in the carotid artery, that is, it goes up and down.

I'm very scared. I'm not involved in anything, since I'm afraid to do the slightest thing so as not to "stay in place". Of course I'm at a better stage than last year when I was afraid to leave my neighborhood and my home.

Thank you.

Male, 21 years old, 70 kg.

Although you seem to have nosophobia ... don't ask anyone but doctors. Start with your physician and you may even reach a psychologist. We are not experts.

I wish you well!

Logically, it is stressful and has turned into chronic phobias. It all started in your mind to know. I would suggest that you visit a coaching psychologist as well as other doctors, of course.

Dude, you're fine, it's a panic attack, it's a cumulative anxiety, and you're in for a rude awakening. For starters this is a great way to get rid of clutter you don't need. You only have people with you who feel safe, at the same age they broke up with me while I had it all and I got to the point of sleeping with my mom alone. It is not a shame. It is a disease. Patience requires that you follow the instructions of the psychologists (of the right psychologists, because some will not help you, it is who will click on you) and to avoid that it worries you !!!! For starters this is a great way to get word out that your doctor is a psychologist

My friend, I went through all this, I found a solution in a psychologist who specializes in panic attacks. He made me feel good if you want. Leave me a message to give you information and let's talk.

Friend Because you wrote a pulse feeling, take magnesium, mag2 helps a lot, especially from the moment you say that you don't have anything else. Because I had it in 3-4 months, it passed ... of course, everyone is different, but it will also help you sleep. You pass just before you fall asleep as long as a few hours have passed since the last meal. Has any doctor also told you if you have ever had a blow? The prolapse of the uterine valve gt causes this p you mention

I'm 22 and I had exactly what you describe, some more because of the thyroid. The bumps you feel in the abdomen are normal, because that's where the abdominal aorta is. I left my cell phone on my stomach and it was literally dancing. I asked many doctors and they said of course it was because I was thin. I tried it on a girlfriend and the same thing happened. What you describe as losing weight sounds like an extraordinary contraction to me ... Have you had an exam? In addition to cardio, you need to do thyroid, vitamin and electrolyte ... otherwise you may be going through a period of intense stress. I'm not an expert, I've just been through a lot due to hashish (Thyroiditis) and I've searched extensively.

My friend, you have believed so much that you have something that you really get. Calm your mind ... when you have thoughts of cutting them out, go out jogging, go for a walk in the sea with pleasant company, cut out alcohol, sugary coffee, take a guitar and start learning.

Without being an expert, of course, I would like to emphasize. I also had some seizures and it was stress

to eat properly my friend fruits vegetables not garbage, also look for any vitamin complex B is good for the nervous system, minerals very important for the nervous system and for stress magnesium potassium zinc and no amino acid 5htp that is for good mood is Tryptophan substance before it becomes serotonin (the essence of the brain to feel joy, well-being that is released after sex if you eat chocolate during jogging, etc.) in the brain and another very good amnesty and this is L-theanine
, OF COURSE first of all go to a doctor and he will tell you the best.
