Good evening.
For the past 2 years, I have had panic attacks, phobia, tachycardia, shortness of breath, dyspnea, tremor, internal tremor and more. I have visited the emergency room countless times feeling like I'm dying, I've had several tests, a heart triplex, cardiograms, chest x-rays, thyroid, blood tests. My last heart and blood / biochemical tests were done at the end of October. They were excellent. My cardiologist, because he has my history from a young age, threw everything into stress, and said the so-called come again in 40 years. No matter how many times I went to the emergency room, the doctor recommended a psychologist, basically a psychiatrist, to treat me, where I visited and went for 4, 5 months (psychologist).
However, 2 months ago (2.5 months after my last exam) I feel a pulse, I feel "shaken" by my heart and its beats, as well as when I take a deep breath and leave it, I feel " my breath trembles because you "digest" a heartbeat or a heartbeat. In general, there is a reflection of the heart in the neck mainly (I go up and down) and abdomen, as well as when I sit cross-legged, the leg "fits" again, or if I have something on my abdomen, such as a laptop, it also shakes. Mostly the feeling of pulse is what scares me - that I think my heart where it beats normally loses 1-2 beats as if it stops, as well as the trembling inside - outside throughout the day, as well as the shaking of the heart. in the throat thinking he wants to get out. Is it neurological? Is it psychological? Is it a matter of the heart? (examinations 4 months ago heart / blood / bioh).
What worries me too much is that my chest, which is my heart on the outside, is trembling, as well as that I feel my heart in the carotid artery, that is, it goes up and down.
I'm very scared. I'm not involved in anything, since I'm afraid to do the slightest thing so as not to "stay in place". Of course I'm at a better stage than last year when I was afraid to leave my neighborhood and my home.
Thank you.
