If it comes out in 3 consecutive lotteries, ending at 0, is that a reason to play 0 again? Or not to play it?
Do not see it in a short time horizon. If we start with the logic that the columns that are filled in are proportional to the populations, I am sure that as time goes on, the ratio of winners will be close to 1:11.
