For a long time now I have been concerned with the following: I see 240 users online, of which 20 are members and 220 are visitors.
This ratio spoils me we are 1/11.
I try to understand why the other person just comes in, reads what he wants and leaves, while at some point he has a question or something he did not understand. He leaves without answering his question until he comes back next time.
The webmasters do not know if these visitors have the ability to record how long they stay, what they see, what they are interested in after all (tapers bets, discussions that take place, etc.) and if there could be an automated questionnaire to see why they do not want to become members, what they do not like, what spoils them after all.
For my part, I know 5-6 people who are ordinary visitors. I will go into the process of asking them why they do not enter the forum lest I start to get rid of them. Someone I asked told me that the clicks spoiled him. And you tell me you speak with your clicks. Yes, but in life it is not like that? With his clicks, with his company, does not everyone drink his coffee?
Because I am also young here, I think that the ancients will have an opinion on this issue and maybe if we look for it we will find what is wrong and maybe we will manage to make the overthrow !!!
An idea that came to me now is to start from the inside out, and I explain. All members of the forum who find something they do not like or bother should mention it in a personal message to the boss. obviously for obvious reasons. He will collect them, evaluate them and see if we have to change something or not.
Even better, but I do not know if it is possible, it is an automated questionnaire with 10-20 questions that will be put by a "specialist" and from the processing of the answers we will end up somewhere.
However, I think the older ones have a reason because they know the past and the present. As a young person, I can not help more.
And a good start is to ask all of us people we know who are just visitors why they do not want to join our company.
