Good evening.
I open this topic to express a question regarding the taxation of profits I have made from legitimate betting websites.
More specifically, after a search I made, my question is related to the solidarity contribution, which normally applies to gambling winnings.
Because, my total profits for last year are enough, about 30.000 €, I will normally include the profit certificates in my tax return.
So I would like to ask, if those of you who have included in your statement winnings from betting companies (over € 12.000), have you been charged with the specific contribution.
I would also like to ask if it is possible to receive a document from a company in which I have a negative sign, which confirms the total amount I have lost (deposits minus withdrawals on the substance). This would help to show the real net profit from gambling, as, by sending only the winnings and hiding the expenses from companies in which I do not show a profit, an amount greater than the real one is reflected as a profit.
Thank you very much for your time.
