I went to make a new withdrawal but in my account there were only the profits from the bets on the boot and Verstappen as well as the 24 euros that were returned after the cancellation of the 4 tickets for Russell. I asked for a new answer as to why all this happened and they told me:

we would like to inform you that bets : 465521743 , 465521710 , 465521593 465521583 have been canceled due to an apparent error in performance.

We are at your disposal for any additional clarification.
What can I do about everything that happened? is it legal as long as they accepted my bet and accepted my outing after an hour and a half to cancel it? the excuse that the specific performance was wrong is a joke as in all the races the specific driver has always had this performance. also if they think, as they say, that Bota's and Verstappen's tickets should have been canceled, why didn't they cancel them since Hamilton's non-participation percentage also fell on him?
