Thanks guys for dealing with my issue, the issue is that indeed when I go to enter the password normally it says password limit has been used in another account since the password has been used, now it says that the password is locked for security reasons and to contact email which I did, and they replied to send my ID cards together
I also talked to the kiosk and 7-8 other customers have the same problem.
