Good evening, I would like your help on a problem.
My withdrawal has been deactivated since last Monday. They asked for a photo of my debit card, which I sent directly and they confirmed that it has been received and is being checked.
After 2 days they informed me from the live chat that supposedly the last 4 digits are not visible, something that is not valid, and to resend the document to another of their emails, which I did.
I have contacted them many times and they keep telling me to wait and that the process can take up to 7 days.
Today I spoke to them again and while I informed them that the 7 days have passed and that it is now obvious that they are deliberately late and I can no longer wait, they are in no mood to speed up the process.
I told them that I would file a complaint to the citizen and the ombudsman and through a lawyer because what they are doing is illegal but they did not respond again. They also do not inform me why they asked for the photo of the card, since I learned from a friend that it is not a formal procedure. To point out that the card is in my name and that everything is correct.
Has anyone had similar experience from this company?
