Today, by chance, and after searching a little online, I decided to try my luck at Netbet Casino.
I made an 50 Euro deposit and with the bonus straight away went to 100 Euro.

I tried to play some games with the series but none of them were running. And what do I mean .....
All the while they were putting out the iSoftBet logo they stopped at that point and tried to connect (picture http://prntscr.com/3s1wt3)
I tried to contact the department here in Greece but no answer. I contacted the English department but again they gave me no solution to my problem. Generally I have tried from three different browers, I have deleted all cookies but nothing again. Also to mention that the software provided on the site is only available on 16bit so that no one with 64bit windows can run it.

What I want to conclude is that while I have made a deposit to play some games I can do nothing. I tried to get back my 50 euros but it does not give them because it "says" I have to play the bonus. And I ask you .... How will I play the bonus if not all the available games are running?

I hope the Netbet manager here can give me some solution

Without being particularly relevant do you have a firewall that does not allow connection to their server?

A couple of times when I was stuck in the office I tried to play poker but the firewall didn't let me connect to the server ... From home but normally ...

Try it on another Pc if you can.

And again, of course I can say shit so somebody more relevant let me know ...

The only one I have is Avast, but I tried to have it off.
What I have noticed is as you will see in the photo http://prntscr.com/3s3rce, that outputs a login message to the host.

After many attempts, I finally got connected. I still didn't understand what was coming, I connected with firefox.
I'll see how it goes from here and there and I'll tell you about my experience here.

Finally what I came to conclude was that nothing was absent.
It is too late to load the toys. In the morning no one was loading and now since I was able to play I loaded 3 games with relative delay and on 4o is trying to reconnect. The speed I have is very good and is neither a computer problem nor an internet speed.
or it has a lot of space in it and not all of the system can get us up or just the server that is just too small, at least I can't suspect anything else
