Two weeks ago I asked for the first withdrawal from Novibet. Note that I play here and there and I have won around 2000.
While my account is being authenticated they asked for an extra photo to keep my ID as if I were a convict,
I sent that they asked and instead of proceeding with the withdrawal request, they locked my account without specifying the reason, saying that they do not know why this is being done and that it is done by a competent department without giving me the opportunity to contact it.

Your lawyer, what did he advise you?
