Good morning everyone, after a long time I am opening a new topic about a problem I am facing and maybe I can understand what is happening. About a month ago I opened an account in pokerstars, from the first moment I was asked for registration certificates to send them to for the next 30 days. After a week I sent the requested documents, in the meantime when I open a new account I deposit the smallest possible amount and if I can increase it I make a withdrawal to see a response etc. of the site I have registers I also send another e-mail saying that they are waiting for me to send the papers for certification, I reply that I have sent them no reply from the company. After 3 small tournaments that I entered in payment positions and some winning bets (Belarusian) the rest went up and I say to make a request to take a part of the rest to send me an e-mail that the certification is pending to answer whether I grow up or not. surprise me answer The next day that the withdrawal request ($ 4) has been approved and in 2-40,00 working days the amount corresponding to euros will be entered in the account that I had sent to them. However, the next day the amount was credited to my account in full. The certification has been done normally and that due to some mistake they send me the e-mails. I receive another 1 e-mail with the same content that in a few days the account will be closed and I do not give a special basis since a successful withdrawal has been made. it's closed for me, it lets me in but it can't I do tpt pro to another nor with images start to play a Msg me that they have revoked the privileges my conversation and contact Support nu does not come any sense.
If there is someone who has had something similar happen to them or has some opinion on it, it would help me to understand what is happening.

And my company in the middle of the quarantine we started to make our own tables and play through pokerstars .... easy money for them .... Of the 12 3 were old users the rest were registered then .... No one has been identified , we have all sent 5 emails ...

Try live chat, they had very good support. but they have fucked it up a bit now because of a crown. It is generally a very reliable company. to answer you more quickly write at the beginning of the mail sou "corprior". I want to update my previous post. I also re-entered due to quarantine (I was registered in Full-tilt before it acquired the stars - and not the opposite as most people think). So, although 300 years ago my account was identified (with the old one I entered) it asked me for the standard identification within 30 days (fortunately during these days they allow transactions otherwise we had painted it). I send the papers to the verification some 45 times, I did not receive any answer (even now that we are talking I have not received an answer) and so a few hours before the 30th day passed I made a withdrawal (it is insta for scroll) and "greeted".
So I thought of creating a new account so that I do not "carry" the previous stats (obviously I am too busy to reset and get lost) and I am avoided by those who are looking for opponents' stats. I find a friend, we create a new account, the exact same story is repeated, again last minute withdrawal, again no answer. I find another friend, we make a 3rd account and I say this time he will take them and pick them up. I read here in the forum about a friend who said to send a message everywhere in all their emails, I send from the marketing to the cleaning lady and the president's daughter, no answer. AGAIN. In the meantime, the rules had been updated and in case of a disconnect, BEFORE you manage to play at least 1 hand (before you click OK in the message that came out) in the sit 'n' go that I was playing, you had the right to refund of all buy in. So one day, I ate 3 rounds of disconnect (one while I had left the opponent committed with 200 chips and I had nuts) and the next two before even 1 hand was played (classic bullshit, I saw that the site had a problem and I continued). So I sent an email to support asking for a return of buy in for the last 2 tournaments. They answered me exactly 1 month later (25 days after the account was "frozen" due to non-identification) and they actually returned the money to my account (here I have a question if they are charged themselves - which I very much doubt - or if they take it back the opponent - where here is the issue that 1 month after who lives who dies it is certain that they will find money in the opponent's account. (Whatever). I reply to them something like "aren't you looking at the rest of the fucking emails I've sent you for identification 500 times ???". They replied after 2 weeks that "yes we will look at them, but we have a lot of work and sorry for that and blue dicks" and after 3 weeks extra (total 2 months from the "freezing" of the account) they told me that they can not accept the identity because it is older than 8 years which they accept as an identification element in America and how they know that in Greece we do not need to issue new IDs every 8 years, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, and that they are very sorry but if I want to see color of money, unfortunately I have to make new ones. Obviously I did not even ask my friend to go and issue a new ID and obviously the account is left with $ 50 inside. End of story.

The live chat that you mention that we find and a question about a question for four or five months now I see miserable things in poker most are in screen shot eg aces me and my opponent flop ak9 tyrn 9 river 9 I see them for about 9 4 months I rarely keep my cards up to the river and let me be miles ahead and in the flop and preflop is there any explanation?
