Sportingbet ban from jackpots

Good evening my friends.

I timidly started playing sportingbet for about 20 days.
Do not imagine that I gamble a lot, nor do I have much contact with the sport.

The question is about sportingbet's policy, so you, its most experienced players, will logically know.

The amounts I played on you may seem funny as they were quite small.
So I made the first deposit of € 25, he gave me the welcome bonus of another € 25 and I started the slots.
I lost the bonus after a few days, since the requirements were unreasonable (I had to make a total turnover of around € 1500 if I remember correctly), but I continued to play in case ...
With a lot I reached around € 100 and made my first withdrawal, half around € 50 and left the other half in to play.

The positive thing for me that I am not and no serious gambler was the jackpots he gave (team, 50/50, etc.), where he gave about no penny a day if you played at the right time in the respective slots, ideal for me to gamble and this extra decimal.

However, I also played irrelevant hours, hours except jackpots, so I was fine-tuned. I wasn't just chasing them, it was just an incentive for me.

So around 20 days, I suddenly see that I don't get the message that I got the jackpot one day. I thought, maybe it's stuck or I just lost it even though I was almost certain I was banished.
The same thing happened the next day, where I was convinced.

I tried to contact live chat and they admitted to me that my account has been excluded from the offer, because it does not fully meet the requirements.
I asked them the reason and what the conditions are, I pointed out to them that I played a lot in irrelevant hours, but the support is ridiculous.
They referred me by email and how it is a matter for the competent department.
I send emails and they answer that there is no way to contact this department (which I don't think really exists).
I told them that I just wanted them to explain to me what these criteria and conditions are, I don't ask for anything else, neither to cancel the ban, nor anything.
I only got automated robotic answers.

So I thought I'd ask you if you know what it might look like and what your experience is with that company in general.
However, I don't think there is a chance that they will take away my ban.
Too bad because that's how their behavior seems unprofessional and shady the overall image of the company.
And okay, I played small amounts, they don't care if I leave, but logically they have this behavior in big players as well.

Since you don't have contact with the sport as you say, how could you be so sure that they threw you a ban, before you contacted them?

Because they also play a couple of friends who suffered the same thing a while ago, but they played even less, only for the jackpots.

I played for several hours every day as luckily it usually kept me steady in my money.

In such cases, don't look for the right one. The ban is not general, you can play normally.

Obviously their support has instructions not to give explanations to those who are banishing from the offers, because many new accounts will surely be opened, for 5-6 months now that the energy is running and they will probably try to abuse. Probably in some cases customers , along with the dry ones, let the green ones burn as well.

This is very easy to make a profit, with minimal deposits, so those who created accounts in the last period and went "accidentally" to the slots and the hours that the jackpots went, saw how much was taken into account in their accounts.
