Lately my bettor has been canceling winning tickets for the same reason every time there is a wrong return and based on similar terms on their website they can do it. I suspected that this was done deliberately just to eat money, today I was confirmed as in a game I watched in two other companies the odds were the same just at that time I had money in the bettor. After he won the ticket, they canceled it for me with the classic explanation. But because this time I was 100% sure that they were stealing from me dry and of course I completely challenge their decision, I decided to share my experience and ask if anyone knows how I can claim my money, ie if there is a dispute committee or a neutral body to makes the referee. The money is not much, it is only 75 euros, but 75 euros one time, 60 the next, 50 the next is how much I feel that they steal from me systematically and of course if they do it to many players they will definitely save many thousands of euros since they will have predict that no one will go to court for 50 and 100 euros. Sorry for the sheet but the indignation overflows.

I'm not complaining about the cash out, I'm protesting because my ticket was completely canceled!
The game had odds around 1.40 the home team and the away team around 5, in the meantime I have lost dozens of such tickets without of course there being a refund. It becomes 0-1 and then I cash out, the goal came around 20 '! Because if I was not sure I would not insist, I called them and talked to them in live chat and in the mail. Their answer is the same and vague, that this is how the competent department judged, I urge them to show me with facts from which the fact that the return was wrong since two other companies that I had open had the same return! Of course, they avoid giving me information because they know very well that they are just stealing from me and nothing else. So I ask again, is there a competent authority to find mine and see that his allegations are true?
