I am writing to report the problem of a friend, who at my urging (as he considered me relevant), opened an account with stoiximan and ended up locking his account and not being paid and not replying to his mails ..
I recommended the forum to register him and tell him the problem of whether someone from here will help him but he is already talking to a lawyer and is waiting to see what moves he can make through him. However, I got his permission to publish the whole story on his behalf, since I believe in the power of Infobeto, but also because in a way I feel that I owe it to him as I helped him to open an account to help him find his own. So listen to what happened to the knowledge and compliance of all of us who deal with online betting and play at stoiximan.
The friend opened an account around the beginning of the World Cup (a little while ago I do not know exactly) and played mainly in World Cup matches points and accurate scores for the most part. He did not only play the 0% matches, although he had a lot of them throughout, but he played what he "saw". Everything was going well and he reached somewhere in the middle of the event to win a significant amount for him around 700 euros. While he had clarified with the requirements of the bonus and all the necessary identifications and he had contacted the support and me for any questions he had, he asked for a withdrawal of about 500 euros and left another 200 to continue playing. All is well, he was paid almost immediately and continued to play and win until he lost it all after a big bet in Germany, if I am not mistaken, with Algeria. The next week he called me and told me that he was out to watch the Brazil-Germany match and because he could not get in from his mobile, because he was very lazy, he asked me to log out of his account to throw him in Germany. I denied it because I also have a stoiximan account and I know what problems can arise afterwards if stoiximan wants to withdraw it, even though I did not play anything that day. Eventually he got another friend and threw the bet at him from his house. This friend had stoiximan but he had time to play and was not busy. I do not know if this of course means anything. He was also at his cottage and had a clean ip and everything related. Also to say that the bet he threw is 400 euros in the victory of Germany. The bet comes out and the next day throws x2 the Netherlands about 1000 euros (threw some in x for coverage and many in the double, ie it was not exactly x2, did not return the same profit x and 2). The match comes x earns some money and from there. In the meantime, he had dropped a 0-0 accurate score and 1-0 in favor of Argentina from 20 euros (no relation to a conflicting bet and therefore a sure profit because in the Netherlands he had dropped 500 euros in total). The x comes out and the 0-0 had thrown something small in the live and finally ends up having 1600 euros in his account. The next day he asks for a withdrawal and that is where the festival begins. For a start, 3-4 days passed and in the movements of his account he displays a message "for approval" regarding the withdrawal. He talks on the chat and on the phone with the company and they tell him that his account is under control by the risk and security department and he is waiting. He asks why this is happening and how long the audit will last but he replied that they do not know and have no contact with the department in question. He asked him to be patient and in the coming days the matter will be clarified. Another 2-3 days passed and while he has told me what has happened I tell him not to worry since there is nothing wrong with the whole story, he will be paid. The control can be typical .. We arrive at yesterday and he tells me that his account was stolen, he can not login and has not received any relevant notification. I tell him to send mail, he sends and tells me that they answered the same, that the account is under control and that the process can be time consuming and waiting.
In the silk as I said he has spoken with a lawyer yesterday and will chase the case and he will do well in my opinion.
I have to clarify some things at this point, however, in order to make clear the essence of the problem. We are not talking here about a player who does arb bonus abuse or anything else that companies usually do not like. We are talking about a man who played OPAP only before. There is no bet that is either in the wrong odds or out of the market or "weird" type A team to score over 3.5 in the first half and things like that. Yes, we are talking about big bets but I knew in some places and in fact many of them were lost (in Germany, which was recently paid, it had lost about 1000 euros before, as it had lost in Greece a lot ..). So do not start here to say about other cases of multiple accounts or that it was arber or whatever ..
To summarize: A player opens an account with stoiximan, plays for a while, asks for a withdrawal, identifies his account, gets paid normally, continues to play, loses his money at some point. He makes a new deposit of 400 euros, plays, wins, asks for a withdrawal and without excuses, without notice, closes his account and is excluded from support.
Shame, yesterday I wrote in the support section if Panos is here to help the players. In my post I ended with the phrase "the stoiximan is undressing now ...", a phrase which was censored and after editing was deleted from the post and betladen replied and I thank him that due to the indecent behavior of some the topic is locked. It did well in my opinion because it was exploited by some. However, this does not mean that everything is rosy and especially with stoiximan since I read that many have problems of all kinds. Unfortunately I was informed late and I did not manage to protect my friend from playing there .. I had suggested bet365 and stoiximan to him for registration because I really believed that players like him have nothing to fear in these companies. In the end I was wrong.
My opinion is that either something has been done on the part of the player (involuntary, as if it was connected from ip to his mobile phone by someone else who had entered or from a shared pc or something like that, as he says only in the case of Germany Someone else bet on him and stoiximan is again responsible for that because admittedly those who play know that his mobile is for crying) or something has been done wrong by the company and he is badly suspected of something that no one knows. I have heard cases from other companies linking the account to other players' accounts and it is possible that something like this has happened now. Nevertheless, it is sad, especially when the account is validated, another withdrawal has been made successfully, we are talking about bets on the World Cup and not in northern Sweden, hockey Canada (although hockey is a big market ..) ...
For me, stoiximan has been canceled, once I had disagreements with Panos and here in the forum for another topic (after a basketball match between Olympiacos and Panathinaikos where the match was stopped and the bets were returned to the players, while in the terms it was written that if the match is officially validated from the organizing authority the bets are paid, but he never paid the players who had played PAO) but I considered that it is a strong company and those who asked me I told them to play fearlessly.
Whatever the outcome of the case, I suggest to everyone here: long and dear.
If any of the mods admins has contact with the company and wants to find it let him do it and let him know. If again my friend has been bashing and hiding it I will be one of the first to hold it and even public. I can also send pm username, phone number or whatever you want.
