Ionikos (-5.5 & Over 153.5 pts) Continuation for the basketball league with the game Ionikos - Aris opening the curtain today.
In the basket, Ionikos lost the previous match inside the home of Paok, making once again a very good appearance but in the last attack he made a mistake and could not get the victory. Smith as usual was the best of Ionikos (regardless of course if he made the mistake in the end) with 21 points and was followed by the newly acquired Elmore who added another 15. In this match we had the return of Toliopoulos who in 20 'who played had 9 p. (3 / 5tr.) and 3 aces. In general, however, after the arrival of Angelos, Ionikos really fights much better.
On the other hand, Aris lost in the previous one easily at home by Kolossos, maintaining the tradition of the last years. This match brought shock to the team as after the end the statements against the refereeing were rather exaggerated because if one watched the match there really were not so many loud phases to have such a reaction. The well-known Dragicevic and Milosevic are absent from today which was one of the main pillars of Mars inside the rocket.
Summing up I think Ionikos is in good momentum and especially offensively performs very well and is clearly closer to victory. Along with Over as in most matches of Ionikos the scores go up while Mars also has offensive virtues and also lags behind in defense.
