What has changed in MotoGP and Yamaha is no longer a tough motorcycle? Absolutely nothing, because it was never too far ahead of Honda or Ducati. These two were "less" than Yamaha. And I explain.
Throughout this year's MotoGP championship, we saw Jorge Lorenzo prevail relatively comfortably in almost every race. Error. The Spanish champion of this year's title and driver of Fiat Yamaha M1 just overcame himself and managed one victory after another with his own much sweat and a very big fight from his mechanical staff. The BigH empire, aka Repsol Honda, could not be left alone. With a very well-organized design (the Japanese love them), they struggled all year to get a homogeneous ensemble on their motorcycle. Yes, the dynamometers carried their engine high, but they knew very well that this was not enough. After all, they were not unaware of Dorna's regulation to limit the number of engines used to 6. After fighting for more than power… They also had Pedrosa and Dovizioso who could keep up with this evolutionary process, so only needed the largest motorcycle factory, it was time. And it seems that this effort is slowly bearing fruit. Both in Indianapolis and in the wonderful Misano, Repsol Honda motorcycles are undoubtedly very homogenized. Taking into account the ability of the fighter Dani Pedrosa, the result is unbeatable.
