Last year we said that their position was unfair, as they were hit by too many injuries. This year when things are better, they are high and I would say fair, marginally positive. I consider them a good team and that in the end they will fight equally to enter the playoffs. Of course, they have been doing well lately and with just one (1) win in six (6) games they are in 8η position. In the previous game they were defeated by the Washington Capitals 3-4 in overtime. The point is that this defeat hurt a lot because from 3-0 they were winning until the middle of the 2th period were finally defeated in extra time! Their games are not famous for goals, as they have one of the lowest p.m. with 5.6. Absent are Pelech A. (A.27cm/3g/8as), Palmieri K. (E.21cm/6g/3as), Wahlstrom O. (E.35cm/7g/9as).

With the "foot on the gas" they succeeded and crushed the Philadelphia Flyers 6-0 at home. In all periods they prevailed with individual scores of 2-0 and although the game was very intense at the end they managed not to concede a goal. They proved that they are rightly the best team in the league at the moment and that their defense is extremely solid. They are preparing to become the 1η team that will break the barrier of thirty(30) victories and with the impressive fact that they have conceded a double-digit number of goals so far! I should note here that in the Eastern Region they have 15η performance in the Over7.5 goal track with just 7/43 games! Pastrnak D. (E.43cm./35g/27as), Bergeron P. (E.43cm./16g/19as) and Lindholm H. (A.43cm./5g/24as), perform their best. The only absentee is o DeBrusk J.(E.36cm./16g/14as).
Two (2) teams that do not open their scores much. Boston is in a better phase and a more complete team than the "Islanders". They have to get a clean double there in 2020! I think it's time to do that. I will combine the low scores with the point. 2&Under8.5.
