NCAAF 9 Weekly - Power Rankings

NCAAF 9 Weekly - Power Rankings

from / NFL / NCAA / Tuesday, October 23 2012 19: 59

I welcome the company of Infobeto and the lovers of American Football.

Today we will take a brief look at the power rankings that came out this week for the teams involved in the NCAA. In essence, it's a ranking that compose computers by putting on shooters aggressive and defensive statistics for each group about who they've been faced with and how hard a program they've done.

Trent Richardson #3 of the Alabama Crimson Tide celebrates his touchdown against the Auburn Tigers with the Big Al at the Jordan-Hare Stadium on November 26, 2011 in Auburn, Alabama.

1. Alabama Crimson Tide (7-0) - Alabama is the number one player who has been in this position since the start of the season. The squad has gone from Tennessee and looks ready for a big game this week against the strong and undefeated Mississippi State.

2. Oregon Ducks (7-0) At 2, we meet the Oregon ducks. Personally, it's one of my favorite teams, generally I like teams that have a complete assault and imagination in their game. For another match they were impressive by clearing off the Arizona State and the surprise in this match came from their strong defensive presence. Easy opponent this week with Colorado, smells scandal here.

3. Florida Gators (7-0) - The Gators continue to improve their play as the weeks pass. Impressive looks against South Carolina and easy victory go to the match against Georgia with good psychology and victory logically put a stop to the title match in the SEC category. Let me note here that the betting team has excellent behavior against the 6-1 ATS handicap.

4. LSU Tigers (7-1) - 4 positions were taken by the Tigers this week before their day off. With two consecutive wins against ranked opponents, they look forward to the future with more optimism. Maybe the road was not easy and the victories were not impressive but it is able to threaten Alabama in two weeks in a match that will reasonably judge the title in SEC West.

5. USC Trojans (6-1) - Despite their defeat by Stanford a few weeks ago, the Trojans remain one of the best teams in the NCAA. Easy victory over Colorado and a crazy trip this week in Arizona. If it is a victory, the Oregon showdown in LA is of particular importance in the first week of November.

Colin Klein - Kansas State in Texas

6. Kansas State Wildcats (7-0) - Wildcats came up with a full-fledged appearance against West Virginia. Qb Colin Klein is one of the favorites for the Heisman Trophy (Best QB Prize). For many, this particular team is one of the good outsiders to stamp the national title as it shows strong on all lines. To tell the truth, I have not followed it yet, but we should soon take a look at it.

7. Florida State Seminoles (7-1) - At 7 we meet the Seminoles, a team that I stay is not filling my eye mainly because it has not made a very strong program. He dropped a win over Miami and now faces the dangerous Duke, who after years is competitive (maybe we are surprised at this match). Florida State will play with a ranked opponent again in the last game against the Gators. Great loss of RB Chris Thompson.

8. South Carolina Gamecocks (6-2) - The fall continues for the team, with two consecutive defeats against Florida and LSU lost 4's positions in the ranking one and began to show weaknesses. Test the next match against the troubled Vols from Tennessee.

Sammy Watkins

9. Clemson Tigers (6-1) Another team that I enjoyed this year and I would have had it higher even though I got a seat this week. Improved defense against Virginia Tech and easy victory, with the onslaught of continuing improvement as well as excellent Sammy Watkins. Midweek goes to Wake Forest in a match that will reasonably take relatively easy.

Jordan Poyer - Stanford in the Oregon State

10. Oregon State Beavers (6-0) - The top 10 closes the Oregon State that has climbed a position this week. We rarely see a team from the West playing good defense and this is the strong weapon this year for Beavers. After 100 for years, the team is back at 6-0 and looks ahead with optimism as the next opponent is in trouble (Washington). Oregon State has one of the best CBs in Jordan Poyer.

Let's take a quick look at the teams that complement Top20.

11. Notre Dame Fighting Irish (7-0) - Hard defense and holy god.

12. Ohio State Buckeyes (8-0) - In 8-0 yes, but he has not persuaded weak opponents.

The Oklahoma Sooners mascot cheers during the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl against the Connecticut Huskies at the University of Phoenix Stadium on January 1, 2011 in Glendale, Arizona.

13. Oklahoma Sooners (5-1) - The team that I support over time at the NCAA is improving and is expecting Notre Dame this week to be a great showdown.

14. Georgia Bulldogs (6-1) - Neither cold nor heat the particular team is not excited about its performance.

15. Mississippi State Bulldogs (7-0) - I'm going to the team, with good defensive and offensive.

16. Rutgers Scarlet Knights (7 0-) - With such a defense that you do not have a good year. The team only allows 11.3 per / fight points!

17. Texas Tech Raiders (6-1) - Raiders responded with two great victories against ranked opponents to stay on a positive track.

18. Louisville Cardinals (7-0) - Without a defeat but with an easy schedule, a test is coming across to Cinci this week at Big East.

19. West Virginia Mountaineers (5-2) - As expected, the team dropped out losing two matches and will logically fall further.

20. Stanford Cardinal (5-2) - Problems in the attack keep the team low on the rankings.

In the following video there are some of the best highlights of the previous game.
