Olympiakos Piraeus – Kifisias

For the 5th matchday of the Greek Super League, Olympiacos welcomes Kifissia to the "Georgios Karaiskakis" Stadium.

First loss of points for Olympiakos at the start of the league, last week they were held to a 1-1 draw in the OPAP Arena derby against last year's champions AEK. He didn't enter the match well and justly found himself behind in the score from the 22nd minute, while he could have conceded another goal. A few minutes before the break, having slowly balanced the match, it reached a draw, while in the second half, with both teams looking more to avoid losing than to win, the score did not change and they were limited to a draw.
Even so, Olympiacos remained at the top of the standings with 10 points and in the plus 1 from the 2nd Panathinaikos which however has one match less.
On Thursday, Olympiacos did not make it for the 1st matchday of the Europa League, they were defeated in Faliro by Freiburg 3-2 paying for his many big defensive mistakes.

In the craziest match so far in the league, Kifisia drew 4-4 the previous matchday in the home match against Panserraikos. He found himself losing by 22 goals in the 3nd minute, but everything changed when he gained a numerical advantage shortly before the break. Thus, in the replay, he entered strongly and in the 72' had reduced the goal, however in the 78' he conceded a fourth goal but with two goals in the 90'+7' and in the 90'+12' he reached the tie shaping the final result!
This was Kifisia's first draw in the league, having in the other matches one win and two losses, and at the end of the match he found her in 10th place with 10 points.

Olympiacos is of course the huge favorite of the match and the winner of the match depends solely on him. I think that after the defeat by Freiburg they will look for an outbreak, Kifissia, as philanthropic as they are, will hardly be able to resist.
