Dhufar wants to return to victory after her defeat by Saham in the previous game and may have a good chance at this traditional derby, but this year she has a clean favorite.
Al Orouba has been facing many problems since the beginning of the season. The changes made to the group and the support to the U21 team did not seem to have achieved the desired results. It is not that the team plays badly, usually has a good presence on the court, but the lack of quality is evident. It is characteristic that they have not scored a goal in their 3 games so far and have missed the chance to score points from worse teams, I can not see them being able to beat them with a very good team like Dhufar.
Dhufar has only one goal, the return to titles. It is the team with most tournaments, but the last was 2005. The last 2 years are trying to overcome, bringing legions back to the country to which Oman's national base has relied over the years. Last prize was the big star Fawzi Bashir, who is back in Oman after many years and is a very big player on the level of the championship.
Fawzi joined the training on Wednesday and according to coach Talajic is at a good enough level to play against Al Orouba. Meanwhile, midfielder Mohammed Jamal does not seem to anticipate the fight. Talajic, however, was rigorous to his players and was looking for them for the defeat of Saham. He is waiting for answers to the pitch and said "to return to good performances and to regain the seriousness we did not have in the previous game."
Right now Dhufar looks very strong for this Al Orouba and 2.10 is quite high and may have fallen to the start of the race.
