For the 5th matchday of Group B of the A category of the Nations League, Spain welcomes Switzerland at La Romadera in Zaragoza. The first of each group advances to the Final 4 of the competition, while the last is relegated to the B category.
Spain is first and undefeated in the group after 4 matches, with a record of 2 wins and 2 draws, it is at the top of the ranking with 8 points. In the first two matches of the group there were equal number of draws, initially 1-1 at home against Portugal and a few days later 2-2 at home to the Czech Republic. Afterwards, however, they beat Switzerland away with 1-0 and the Czech Republic at home with 2-0 and rose to first place in the standings.
If Spain wins today and at the same time Portugal loses in the Czech Republic, they finish first, otherwise everything will be decided in the last matchday when they face Portugal in Braga.
Switzerland is having a bad run in the group, after 4 matches they are in last place with 3 points. In the first three matches, it experienced an equal number of defeats by the Czech Republic (2-1), Portugal (4-0) and Spain (1-0), but in the fourth and last match in time, it prevailed at home in Portugal with 1-0 and took its first points in the group.
Despite this win, Switzerland need a combination of results to avoid the 4th and last place that leads to relegation to the B-Division of the competition.
Spain is rightfully the boss of the group and tonight they want the victory that will bring them one step closer to their goal. Switzerland, for its part, has not shown anything great and will hardly avoid the last place in the group. Luis Enrique's team is superior, I think that with the quality it has it can offer goals and a spectacle in front of its audience.
Tip: Spain to score in both halves at odds of 2.95
