Vancouver Canucks (Position 5th Div.N.10-NP.2-US.2-H.15 Term.83-94)
Fourth victory in five (5) matches and they are starting to show that they really want to fight for the playoffs. In fact, their last victory was not a simple victory, but a victory against their current opponents in the local derby. A derby that this year, although they won in their first match, counted four (1) consecutive defeats. Tonight they want to achieve 4/2 and equal their best streak with 2/4, something they have done once (4) this year, having an opponent against Ottawa in most of these games, however. Absentees were collected for tonight as, except for the permanently absent Ferland M. (E.) and Bailey J. (E.1p.), Motte T. (E.3pm / 15gol / 5assit), PetterssonE (E..1p. / 26gol / 10ass) and Benn J. (A.11sm / 23gol / 1ass).
Montreal Canadians (Position 4th Div.N.11-NP.0-US.7-H.6 Term.79-68)
The "Canadians" kept the victory in their hands, but one (1) oligarchy in the defense in the last essential phase of the game, accepted the draw and finally lost the match on penalties. It is the 7th time they reach the extra time and fail to get the victory again. In fact, they successfully reached the five (5) consecutive away defeats from the opium, the four (4) were recorded in the extra time. Prior to these consecutive defeats in eight matches, they had suffered only two (2). If they do not find a more consistent pace I will begin to question their ability to enter the playoffs, something that in the beginning was much more certain. The good news for tonight is that the absentee list is completely empty!
I consider the guests a better team. In fact, in the last matches they have a good image, regardless of whether they do not win continuously. At some point the wheel will turn and they will start getting the results they need. I do not think they will get to the point of playing the game in extra time and will go get it in the regular season. Double.
