They have climbed to the top this year and they don't want to let it go. Last year's failure has made them stubborn and they want to show that they are ready for a lot and so far many have realized it. I consider them one of the favorites for the championship not only for the Pacific Div, but also for the entire Region. In the previous game, they were defeated 2-5 at home by the San Jose Sharks, in a match that was wronged by their image, especially in the 3rd period. There they entered the period with 2-1 in their favor and were literally blacked out and conceded five (5) goals! I don't remember anything like that ever happening. Absences that are now commonplace Lehner R.(T.), Weber S.(A.), Patrick M.(E.).

They look improved from last year, but not impressive enough to build long runs. So after their three (3) consecutive victories, came two (2) consecutive defeats. Defeats similar since in both (2) cases they were easily defeated away from home with 4-1 and 4-2. One of the New Jersey Devils and most recently of the New York Rangers. Now they will give 7ο away match streak and hope to do better. Low numbers offensively, they try to drive games at a low tempo. Absences: Chychrun J. (A.), ladd A.(E.), Schmaltz N. (E.1comp) & Kasian Ζ. (E.8comp/1g).
The home team has lost two(2) in a row and I think that is a lot for what they are playing and the opponent they have tonight. They won't go down unscathed a "Coyote" but hardly get anything. 1&Under7.5.
