Villarreal vs Rayo Vallecano

For the 19th matchday of the Spanish La Liga, Villarreal welcomes Rayo Vallecano to the Estadio de la Cerámica.

In a match with a thriller final, Villarreal finally managed to win 1-0 against Girona. She was better throughout the match and missed opportunities for an easy victory but she needed a well-timed penalty at 90+10 to achieve her goal and after a few minutes earlier she had missed from the 11 steps!

Under the circumstances Rayo, in their last match for the league, was defeated at home by Sociedad 2-0. He paid for the bad first half, during which he conceded the two goals, in the second half he came on strong and missed good opportunities to reduce the score, but after failing to do so, he stopped fighting and was in danger several times with a third goal.
They may have just one win in their last 5 matches, however, Rayo is having an excellent run and the finale of the first round finds her in 9th place with 26 points.  

Villarreal is the favorite of the match, it looks in good condition while at home it is very strong and scores easily. Rayo, for its part, has been winning hard in recent matches but remains a dangerous team while away from home it rarely stays at zero.
